Acupuncture & Chinese herbs are effective in the treatment of Acute Anxiety attacks as well as more chronic Anxiety disorders. According to Chinese medicine, Anxiety comes from the stress and repression of various emotions, as well weakness in the body from either malnutrition or the depleting effects of long-standing anger, sadness, grief and worry.  To address anxiety, you may benefit from both Acupuncture and Chinese herbs, as well as diet modification.
